Responsibilities
  • Supporting Level 1 support team and Partners network
  • Providing support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues
  • Providing ticket routing and escalations to Level 3 support
 

Requirements

Mandatory:
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
  • Basic understanding of POP/IMAP/SMTP/ACTIVE SYNC protocols
  • Experience with administration of Active Directory / LDAP
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQLite, MySQL)
  • Clear written skills in English

Optional (advantage):

  • Previous experience with IceWarp or other mail server administration
  • Experience with scripting in Bash
  • Basic knowledge of networking
